Kayem Computing now offer precisely targeted text and image advertising from within our web site, offering our customers useful links to relevant complimentary businesses and services. Utiliising Google's AdSense(TM) programme, Kayem Computing's web site has increased its revenue potential, with Cost-per-Click and Cost-per-Thousand-Impressions) revenue streams.
September 2006 --
Kayem Computing have introduced a new section to their web site featuring thumbnail images of recent web site designs undertaken by its Web Design Team. Future enhancements to our Web Portfolio will enable the user to link to each of the web sites featured in this section.
April 2006 --
Kayem Computing's web site has now been formally validated as XHTML 1.0 by the W3C Markup Validation Service, and now proudly boasts the W3C Validation icon.
XHTML 1.0 is the W3C's first Recommendation for XHTML, following on from earlier work on HTML 4.01, HTML 4.0, HTML 3.2 and HTML 2.0. With a wealth of features, XHTML 1.0 is a reformulation of HTML 4.01 in XML, and combines the strength of HTML 4 with the power of XML.
XHTML 1.0 is the first major change to HTML since HTML 4.0 was released in 1997. It brings the rigor of XML to Web pages and is the keystone in W3C's work to create standards that provide richer Web pages on an ever increasing range of browser platforms including cell phones, televisions, cars, wallet sized wireless communicators, kiosks, and desktops.
September 2005 --
Kayem Computing's web site is currently undergoing some exciting changes to improve the information flow between it and its customers.
New sections will offer real-time details on the latest Virus Threats (and Hoaxes), as well as a new Technical Support forum which will be built-up over time to provide the answers to the most frequently asked technical problems (as well as some neat tips-and-tricks to get the most from your systems).
Additionally Kayem Computing, in conjunction with the BBC, will bring you real-time headlines on the latest developments in the world of Business and Technology, offering a portal into the detailed stories affecting today's Computing and IT.
October 2003 --
Kayem Computing has installed Broadband to allow it to communicate on-line with its clients much more quickly. Many of Kayem Computing's customers have welcomed the news, and intend to utilise Kayem's expertise to introduce Broadband Internet services to their business.
Benefits of Broadband to Kayem Computing's customers include greatly improved speed of connection for technical support by Remote Access, speed of downloads, and quality of video-conference calls.
July 2000 --
Kayem Computing have been certified as Registered Trainers in both Business Computing and Technical Computing by Glasgow City Council. As a result, Kayem Computing's training programmes are now eligible for up to 50% grants available via Glasgow City Council and the European Social Fund.
November 1999 --
Kayem Computing have developed their own Web Site to improve communications with existing and potential clients.
Principle Consultant, Kenny Moriarty stated:

"A new computing business has been launched in Kilmarnock. The man behind the company - Kayem Computing - is Kenneth Moriarty.
Having worked in computing and information technology for more than 12 years within the education and commercial sectors he had become aware that there were very few collective sources for knowledge of all areas of information technology.
In response he has set up his own consultancy business to provide a 'one stop' IT knowledge base. Kenneth's aim is to offer organisations a COMPLETE computing solution, rather than have them call on several consultants trying to promote their products and services."
July 16th 1999 --
Potential entrepreneurs have been given the chance to meet the experts at a recent Ayrshire Management Centre event.
Run by Enterprise Ayrshire, the event provided around 65 would-be entrepreneurs with an opportunity to obtain advice and knowledge from successful local business people.
